Digital Products — No Change of Mind Refunds
All products sold on My Habit Journals are digital templates delivered via instant download. Because you receive the full product immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
When a Refund Is Granted
We offer a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical defect: The file is corrupted, unopenable, or fails to function as described after following the included setup instructions. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file or replacement download link.
- Material difference: The product you received does not match its description on the sales page. Minor visual differences between screenshots and the actual file (due to Excel version, font availability, or screen resolution) do not qualify as material differences.
What Is Not Covered
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You found a different template you prefer
- You do not have Excel or Google Sheets installed (compatibility is clearly stated on every product page)
- You did not read the product description before buying
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase qualifies under the conditions above, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We review each request within 2 business days.
